我们的**《道德准则》**规定了组织运营中应遵循的行为规范，并旨在防止员工实施非法或欺诈行为，以避免企业文化偏离正确方向，损害公司声誉，并导致公司承担刑事责任。
我们的**《合规准则》**体现了我们对诚信原则的承诺，不仅要求员工彼此诚信相待，也要求我们以同样的态度对待客户、供应商及其他业务合作伙伴。
建立真正的合规文化，并对任何违规行为坚持零容忍，需要 PREMO 全体成员的共同参与。为了帮助维护这一文化，PREMO 建立了举报机制，使客户、供应商及其他相关方能够举报犯罪行为及其他重大合规违规事件。
此外，PREMO 设立了合规委员会（Compliance Committee），以确保公司切实履行各项合规义务。
