RoHS Directive 2015/863/EU of Restriction of Hazardous Substances in electronic devices, applied on July 2019, restrict the usage of six hazardous materials in the manufacturing of several types of electronic devices.
All PREMO products fulfil this Regulation.
REACH
REACH is a regulation of the European Union to improve the protection of human health and the environment from the risks that can be posed by chemicals.
PREMO works with its suppliers to ensure that all the products are REACH compliance.
Conflict Minerals
PREMO will work with our supply chain partners to take reasonable steps to ensure PREMO's compliance with the law and regulations and to purchase products which are considered “Conflict Mineral Free”.
PREMO will terminate business with any supplier if determines that the
supplier is directly or indirectly financing armed groups in the DRC or
adjoining countries
To date, PREMO has received responses from its suppliers stating that
Gold, Tantalum, Tungsten or Tin does not originate from the DRC and
adjoining countries or is DRC conflict free.
