Flyback transformers are essential components in isolated power supply architectures, providing efficient voltage transformation with galvanic isolation. PREMO’s Flyback series responds to the rising demand for compact, high-efficiency solutions across the electric mobility and industrial automation sectors.

High-Power Flyback Transformers for EV Charging 

  • FLYT–001 / FLYT–002 / FLYT–003 – Designed for EV/PHV and 3-phase battery chargers up to 11kW, operating at 100kHz, with multi-output topologies and reinforced insulation. 

Quasi-Resonant Transformers 

  • FLYT–004 / FLYT–005 – Operating from 50kHz to 300kHz, optimized for quasi-resonant flyback applications, featuring 15–17.5µH inductance and high isolation. 

High-Frequency SMD Transformers 

  • FLYT–006 / FLYT–007 – Surface-mount transformers operating at 480kHz, ideal for continuous-mode flyback topologies with limited space requirements. 

Mid & Low Power Transformers 

  • FLYT–008 to FLYT–011 – Suitable for power levels from 1.5W to 25W, used in xEV mainboards and compact AC/DC converter systems. 

Automotive Auxiliary Power Transformers 

  • FLYT–012 / FLYT–013 / FLYT–015 – Designed for auxiliary power management in electric vehicles, offering multi-voltage outputs with robust thermal and mechanical performance. 

Industrial & Medical Use 

  • FLYT–014 – Operates at 130kHz with 25Vdc/1.8A output, designed for 300–400Vdc input in industrial and medical-grade applications.
